Each and every time Phil, Becky, Brookie and I  pile in the car and go anywhere at all there is one thing that is bound to happen. We always, and I mean ALWAYS, have a great time! We laugh until we cry sometimes and this weekend was no exception. We took a little trip to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens to see the more than 8 million Christmas lights!  I walked around Busch Gardens in a short sleeve shirt and sweating while looking at Christmas decorations. Phil carried around a backpack all day with our jackets bundled up inside and the only time I put mine on was on the way home because we had the air conditioner on! Come on now, if it is December and Christmastime, I want it to be cold!

We ran into some friends....Ashley, Jon, Amelia, Doug, and Mandy, waiting in the long line to see Santa,.... Lacey, Brian, and Ady, on the way in and on the way out, and Amy who we just randomly ran into when walking in the crowds. Brookie and I thought we recognized Jordan Smith from The Voice and tried to follow him, but then we came to our senses and thought "Why would he be at Busch Gardens when The Voice finale starts on Monday"? But...it was him...we know it!

I only got lost one time and couldn't find Phil, well maybe two times, but I can always count on Phil not to leave my side for too long!

Enjoy some of our photos from Christmas Town!  Kathy Jennings Photography

Brookie and Phil very carefully chose their seats near the front of The Battering Ram.

Becky and Brookie on the Nacht Tower, the highest ride in Busch Gardens! Thank goodness it was operating in scenic mode and not the normal mode where it goes up and then suddenly drops! On a side note...I still have nightmares from the time I rode the Tower of Terror!
